More women than ever are choosing to return to work once they have had children, but sometimes this requires completing further education. Ask for Help
You don’t need to do it all alone. There are many ways to get help. Ask your partner to take the kids out for a few hours one day a week or to be in charge of bedtime, so you get some time to yourself. Involving the whole family is a great idea. Children pick up on change, or stress, a lot more than you might expect. If you are busy and stressed out, it could easily affect their behavior. Let them help you revise, or play games with them relating to your studies. Answer any questions they may have. You never know, it might help you remember things.
Look After Yourself
Stress and illness will only slow you down. Look after yourself to make sure you stay fit and healthy. Get eight hours sleep as often as you can, sip water throughout the day to make sure you stay hydrated, and eat a healthy and balanced diet, full of energy and immunity boosting vitamins. Make sure you also get as much exercise as you can, even if it’s just some stretches when you get out of bed, and walk instead of drive.
