When the world weighs me down, I get a bit philisophical. At least I like to think so. With that… a quote from July 19, 2010
When I can’t figure out the world, I know I can, at least, navigate the roads.

This has inspired me to pop in a yoga DVD a few times this week and downward dog myself into some form of zen. It’s hard to be a mom. It’s hard to be a wife. It’s hard to just be an adult. Not always, but sometimes. When those sometimes come, don’t forget the power you hold over your happiness. Get out there and kick some tail!
Lots of love,

Oh my. Yes, sometimes it is hard, isn’t it?

For real! It is!

Way to go sister! I definitely agree with what you said that “its really hard to be a wife, mom and an adult”. And aside from that, I would like everybody to know that it also hard to be a “woman”. But I admire on how you cope up with all these stress and challenges. I am also doing yoga whenever there is a need for me to distress and be myself.

Amen to that!
