I am amazed, more and more, by the amazing coaches I have on my Beachbody Team Superset Regimen!
During the Superbowl, I was astounded by the amount of food and alcohol I watched being consumed- just from my Facebook feed, and was proud that we were all eating pretty well, despite being surrounded by leftover birthday cake from Dave’s 40th. …but then, my scroll slowed.
Four, very brief, poignant pictures came up of the most delicious sounding (and looking) food- fit for any sports celebration game, and I knew without looking, it had to come from Coach Corey! Her niche as Kitchen Guru is coming to fruition and I am thrilled to be sharing her game day recipes with you. Whether you’re watching 4 quarters of football, 3 periods of hockey, 9 insanely slow innings of baseball, or…. you get the point- these foods will keep you and your fellow fans both full and healthy! Who wants the guilt of food just for enjoying a game from the comfort of the couch?
Check out her recipes below!

Grilled Cheesy Buffalo Chicken
First Quarter:
Veggies and Hummus
This was an easy one, I bought some hummus and sliced up some red and green peppers, some celery and added some baby carrots. I made them pretty on a plate, and then ate the crap out of them. ~Corey
