While we often want to do better, but don’t have the time or energy or know-how, I offer you an easy solution to give back and lift up this October: This October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is offering AutoTex PINK windshield wipers with proceeds going to National Breast Cancer Foundation.
When I realized I could get my favorite oil change (read: NOT get out of the car with the kids) and give to NBCF, I made sure to stop in for my own wipers! Being able to choose from full Pink Wipers or Black Wipers with a small pink ribbon allowed me to say, I support without going full pink, however to please Miss Millie: I’m sporting electric pink wipers! My Subie is about as pimped out as it will ever be! They’re all-weather wipers, perfect for the start of this dreary Fall we’re having, and are only available at select participating VIOC locations.

My aunt is a breast cancer survivor. My heart hurts for those families that are missing loved ones due to cancer. I love the pink wipers and supporting companies that are giving back.
Yes the battle does continue. Getting the message out to self examine. Go in for examination and understand what is happening
I just heard on the news last night that our local hospital is receiving a grant for breast cancer research. What you are sharing here is such a great cause!
I love this campaign. I need to get these blades. I think breast cancer is so important to be aware of and I do hope we find a cure!

I actually need new windshield wipers. I think I might get these just so that I can support the cure for cancer. I am so sorry that you lost your friend and that that family loss a wonderful mother.
First, this is obviously a great cause. Second, I do also love Valvoline and always get my oil changed there. So convenient! And those wipers are both meaningful and totally cute!
I will support anyway I can. I lost my grandmother to it; I hate it!
I am so sorry about your friend. I personally know two women battling breast cancer right now, one just beginning the journey and the other is unfortunately years into her battle. It is such a devastating disease, any awareness or support for the cause is so important.
I’m a survivor (9 years!) and I want some of those wipers. I hope I can find someone in the St Louis area who is doing this promotion! Too awesome.
I don’t know if we have this near us but I will have to check it out. I want to wipe out cancer for sure, it sucks.

Those are cute wipers! What a great way to support a good cause. I’m sorry to hear you lost a good friend, that is so difficult. A friend recently announced she has breast cancer. It’s very sad and unfortunately so common.
