Happy Monday, Reader! So… it may be hate-inducing to some, but YAY snow. To be honest, I am writing this before the snow has begun on Sunday because:
1. Football
2. Bedtime for bonzos.
3. I’m writing an even more fun and spectacular post that will go up later today.
…wait, what? A more spectacular post than this one? Yes. Yes, indeed.
Addie has been a super trooper (meow what did you say?) about staying inside and dealing with me being a bit sick and her baby sister on an I must nurse all day so I can grow out of every stitch of cloth in this house trend, so I compiled 3 crafts and we made them all happen this weekend! Sounds like something you want in on, doesn’t it? I’ll give you this info… these projects are NOT as messy as you think they are, will take minimal tools you probably already have and will amuse your tot for at least an hour apiece. Seriously… I know you’re hooked now.

My kids are home from school today and I am bummed about it. I would much rather have them out earlier in June when I can get them outside.
I feel like a few snowdays are just that… do they make kids make up all the days now? Idiotic as teachers put grades in at the same time as usual- they don’t usually extend the end of year stuff.

My kids buses were cancelled today here in Toronto, so it was a snow day here! Which was terrible because it was way too cold to go outside to play and we were cooped up inside all day! I wish I was as productive as you today :/

My friend just shared that she gave the kids paint and a cloth tarp and let them go to town. I think that’s my next project! Snow days are hard when they keep piling up!

We don’t have snow days in Miami 🙁 But I had them growing up in NJ and I miss them sometimes!
My sister lives in Boca… I think sometimes she misses snow, but then she remembers wearing a jacket 😉

That’s a familiar scenario in my house as well. My three year old tries to hold it together as my six month old nurses all day. Busy little weeds!
