I know we’ve all heard the term: Summer bodies are made in Winter, but really the goal here is healthy body, and those are made all year ’round. I am happy to say that my arm measurements are pretty much the same, give or take a centimeter or so, but more importantly, they are on their way to toning… and, not to feel tricked, but my challenge wasn’t to get you in the buffest shape of your life, but to help you seek out those 15 minutes a day to squeeze in a small workout.If you can make it a habit for a week, you can make it a habit for life. #fitspo Click To Tweet
So, do you have a new workout habit? It’s not about wracking up mileage every week to the tune of hours on the road. For me, the days I get to head out for 4 or 5 miles are a dream, but I often don’t have that hour, plus another half to cool down, shower and recoup, so I do what I can each day. If that’s a 10 minute ab routine, or 45 minutes of cardio (or a trip to a real gym!!!), every little bit is helping you on your way to a lifetime of health!
