Having leggings that fit well are key to me feeling good both in my workouts and out and about. Graphic illustrations, quilting, mesh cut-outs, and distressed detailing are all features that add some more stylish elements to your workout wardrobe. My favorite trend are sheer panels. Cut outs in my shirts add some flair and attraction to some of my favorite features- my shoulders and back. Paired with a colorful sports bra, these shirts are both beautiful and functional- allowing for warmth on the arms and torso and ventilation during workouts. My favorite accessory is always a good list. Without having my to-do list, or what I’ve dubbed my Daily Goals Chart, I would derail by 9am every single day. Writing down what’s what in my favorite planner is KEY to a successful day! I feel most put together when I am together, so whether you plan in an hourly schedule or by day, skip that weekly plan and get more focused.
